 **Please note: DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON NOVEMBER-JANUARY Many carriers (UPS,USPS) are experiencing delays and are no longer guaranteeing delivery dates.

To ensure adequate processing time, please allow us 48 hours to begin processing the order before inquiring. Each and every time the status of your order changes, you will be notified by the email that you provided with your order. All INSTOCK orders placed before 1 p.m. (CST) will begin processing the same business day, otherwise all orders will begin processing the following business day. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. 

 

SHIPPING

 

All items are shipped via U.S. Postal service (USPS) or UPS and will take approximately 3-5 Business days for delivery. Next Day Air between 1-2 Business Days if ordered by 12 noon CST. Please ensure that your contact information (physical street address, Apt, Unit, Suite #, email address, & phone number) are correct at checkout to ensure proper delivery of your package. Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be provided to the email address associated with your order. All packages require a signature for delivery. If your package is returned due to wrong address etc. you will be responsible for cost of shipping to resend.

 The estimated delivery time provided at the checkout is an estimate only. Actual shipping time may vary.

WE RECCOMEND PURCHASING ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION TO PROTECT YOUR PACKAGE IN THE EVENT IT IS LOST OR STOLEN. IT CAN BE ADDED AT CHECKOUT.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS. Once an order is placed it can't be cancelled or adjusted. If there has been a mistake made by Girl Issa Wig please contact within 48 hours of receiving the unit.

You have the right to return in 15 days after the arrival of your order.

The products can easily be returned.

The actual return costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the shipping party. This applies both in the case of dissatisfied products as well as a deffect received product.

With most packages the return labels are in the box, if this is not the case send us an email at girlissawig@yahoo.com and we will send them digitally. You can then print them and add them in the return package.

Note: only products in NEW* condition can be returned, we reserve the right to refuse a return with traces of use. 

*New = These are unopened products in their original packaging and products that have never been used.

Once we have received and verified your return, you will have your refund within 7 business days using the payment method you used when ordering.

We comply with all relevant laws regarding returns and refunds.
