COMPANY POLICY

 

To ensure adequate processing time, please allow us 48 hours to begin processing the order before inquiring. Each and every time the status of your order changes, you will be notified by the email that you provided with your order. All orders placed before 1 p.m. (CST) will begin processing the same business day, otherwise all orders will begin processing the following business day. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. 

 

SHIPPING

 

All items are shipped via U.S. Postal service (USPS) and will take approximately 3-5 days for delivery. Next Day Air between 1-2 Business Days if ordered by 12 noon CST. Please ensure that your contact information (physical street address, Apt, Unit, Suite #, email address, & phone number) are correct at checkout to ensure proper delivery of your package. Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be provided to the email address associated with your order.

 

We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping provider in regards to any packages that has not been received after it has been shipped.

 

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS. Once an order is placed it can't be cancelled. If there has been a mistake made by Girl Issa Wig , then an exchange can be made within 48 hours of receiving the unit.
